The Region VII Workforce Development Board understands employer’s needs for a skilled and trained workforce. Having an adequate pool of skilled workers is vital to business success, business growth and overall regional economic development. The Regional Workforce WV Career Centers provide a myriad number of services to assist employers; recruit, select, and train a skilled workforce. Employer services are provided by a number of partner agencies all working together with a common goal to provide both needed services and quality services to area businesses and industry.
